At Hip Yoga we want you to have time to relax and rejuvenate. If
you don't wish to follow a strict timetable, then
that's fine by us. However, we feel that following the
agenda below throughout your stay will yield the maximum
results and help us to send you home healthier and happier:
- 7.30 Wake up to elixirs and fresh fruit
juices delivered to your bedroom
- 7.45 - 8.30 Invigorating
morning walk in the beautiful Sierra Nevada
- 8.30 Light morning breakfast served on the
terrace
- 10 – 12 Two hour yoga practice
- 12 noon Healthy detoxifying brunch
- 1.30 – 5.30 Free time to rest, sunbathe,
read, walk, swim in the private swimming pool and
have massage treatments with our on-site therapist
- 4 - 5 Herbal teas and fruit
- 6 - 7 Evening yoga class
- 7.30 Delicious organic dinner served on
the candlelit and dramatic rooftop
